About NoiseWatch
NoiseWatch makes helicopter noise visible through a community-generated public record. It is designed to support awareness, public discussion, and more transparent decision-making about recurring overhead noise.
How it works
When someone reports helicopter noise, NoiseWatch records the time and a rounded neighbourhood-scale location. Reports are displayed as grouped, approximate activity rather than a precise record of any home, person, aircraft, or flight path.
What NoiseWatch is not
NoiseWatch is independent. It is not affiliated with police services, aviation operators, government agencies, or emergency services. It does not identify aircraft operators, measure sound levels, or replace an official complaint process.
